There is a receptionist on site who will let our psychologists know when you have arrived. The therapist will come to greet you and escort you to their office.

After Hours:
If you have an appointment outside regular hours (Mon-Fri 9-6), please follow the steps below to enter the building:
1. Press the call button at the entrance to be let in by security
2. Call security directly at 587-986-3279
3. Call Insight at 780-461-1717 to let us know you’ve arrived, and we will check you in through Jane so your therapist receives the notification.
Your therapist will meet you on the main floor and escort you to the office.
